Storage requirements & acknowledgment
- All portable propane, butane, and fuel tanks must be removed or emptied per the Fire Marshall.
- Motorized vehicles must include a complete set of keys and remain movable (no blocks or removed tires).
- Indoor units are dead storage; early removal before the scheduled move-out date incurs charges.
- Vehicles must be winterized. Missed removal appointments are charged $25 per additional day.
- An emergency phone number must be kept on file.
I have read and agree to the storage requirements above. I understand a $20 deposit is required to reserve my spot, and that the balance is due in cash at the time of vehicle drop-off.
